Moving Policies

 

We have some policies that we would like to share,

In order to avoid confusion with our customers:

 

  • Payment toward any of the options for services that Just Move Wpg provides to a scheduled customer, must ether be conducted before the service is preformed, or upon an agreement in writing which would allow our customer to pay after the move is completed.

  • All forms of payment must be recorded. A receipt must be produced for our customers for and Just Move Wpg records.

  • (BONDED) A contract will be supplied for the customer to read over and to sign before any actions on behalf of Just Move Wpg will be taken. This is standard protocol that is mandatory for our employees to follow.

  • All Appointments must be scheduled no less then 8 hours prior to the scheduled move Otherwise a Last Minute Charge will be applied to the final billing. Just Move Wpg must also be granted at least 3 hours from the estimated finish time between other appointments for the service to be conducted. This insures that there will be no overlapping of appointments.

  • All Additional Add On Costs, including- apartment moving, labor/extra labor, Assembly and disassembly of furniture,  wrapping and packing, overtime, and last minute costs are mandatory when applicable.

  •  Cancellation Policy. Just Move Wpg has a $100.00 cancellation charge for any client who books time from us we respect/honor our time and so should our clients.
